What we collect

• Your details: name, email address and phone numbers.
• Your delivery address, plus the map pin you place at sign-up so our driver can find your door.
• Your signature from the membership agreement at sign-up.
• Your orders: what you order, your delivery zone, and any instructions you leave in the comment section.
• Your password, which is stored by our ordering system. We never ask for it by phone or email.

We don't take card payments on the website. Payment is cash on delivery.

What we use it for

• Running your membership and your account.
• Taking, confirming and delivering your orders, including calling you on delivery day.
• Emailing you about your orders, your account and co-op news.
• Answering your questions when you contact us.

Your choices

You can update your details any time from your account, or change your password there. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or close your membership, email info@uddermilk.com or call 973-413-9585.
